terms of service

BY COMMISSIONING ME, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:
I, as the artist..

  • Maintain the right to post the work in any form.

  • Can post commissioned work as advertisement on social media platforms, however I will not post work upon request.

  • Can decline a commission for any reason.

You, as the client..

  • Cannot use artwork for commercial use. Personal use only unless discussed otherwise.

  • Can be posted onto social media platforms, however credit must be given.

  • Can edit, crop, and resize artwork, however credit must be given.

  • Can request small edits and revisions; however bigger revisions and edits must be paid for.

TERMS OF SERVICE
LAST UPDATE: June 4th, 2025
By ordering Product from the Seller the Customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:1. Commission payment must be made upfront or 50/50. (I.e, 50% of payment up front, and 50% after completion.)
2. Product will be delivered digitally in full resolution in .PNG format.
3. The commissioner has the right to revisions, and small minor edits after initial sketch + color. If commissioner has excessive changes (5+ revisions), a 10% fee will be charged.
4. The commissioner can ask for a refund. If work has already started, the commissioner will receive a partial refund.
5. Commissions cannot be used for commercial purposes without extra fees. Commission will be 2x - 3x of the original price, depending on the type of commercial usage.
6. Under no circumstance can customers use their commissioned work for blockchain-related technology, NFTs, Cryptocurrencies, or any AI-related technology. Commissions cannot be used to train AI, or any future inventions within the field.
